NORTH READING — Commission enforced violations at 290 Park Street and approved tree removal on Aspen Road. Conservation Commission Chair Tomas Sanchez led the unanimous vote to issue an Enforcement Order for 290 Park Street with restoration work required by specific deadlines: May 12 for a surveyed site plan, May 26 for a restoration plan, and September 22 for completion. Conservation Agent Lydia Eldridge detailed the requirements.

The Commission also unanimously approved tree removal at 22 Aspen Road with conditions that protected wetland resources and required replacement plantings. Three residential applications at Gowing Lane properties were continued to March 31 for site visits and plan refinements.
