North Reading home sales span $160,000 to $2.2 million as family trust transfers dominate deed count
North Reading recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, though only 11 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $160,000 to $2,225,000 with a median of $1,400,000. The month's top sale was 2 Equestrian Dr., which sold for $2,225,000 on Aug. 13 to David W. Adams II and Vanessa S. Adams. Eight of the 20 deeds, 40% of total activity, were transfers within the same family via trusts or life estates, none of which listed a price. Park Street and Marblehead Street each saw two transactions, and three condominium units at Martins Landing changed hands, all without disclosed prices.
