North Reading property sales show wide price range as two large entity transfers skew data

North Reading recorded 20 property transfers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, with 15 carrying a sale price in registry data. Prices ranged from $479,900 to $43 million, with a median of $924,995. The range was driven largely by two large LLC-to-LLC transfers at 400 Riverpark Dr. ($43 million) and 134 North St. ($13.66 million); excluding those, residential sales topped out near $2 million at 1 Cranberry Meadow Way. Martins Landing condominiums accounted for four sales. Five transfers, several involving family trusts, had no recorded price, consistent with normal registry reporting lag rather than withheld information.
