North Reading recorded 20 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with sale prices available for 12 so far, ranging from $462,500 to $43 million and a median of $837,500. The month's standout transaction was the $43 million sale of 400 Riverpark Dr., an LLC-to-LLC deal that, along with a $13.66 million sale at 134 North St., pulled the overall price range well above typical residential levels. Four sales occurred within the Martins Landing condo complex, and eight transfers, several moving property into family trusts, have no price recorded yet. Based on transaction volume alone, the period showed steady activity.
