North Reading Records Three Sales Above $2 Million in August, Pushing Median to $1.59 Million
North Reading recorded 20 deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, though sale prices were disclosed in only eight transactions. Among those, prices ranged from $160,000 to $2,225,000 and the median was $1,590,000. The month's top sale was 2 Equestrian Dr. at $2,225,000, with 8 Charles St. and 20 Tarbox Ln. each topping $2,195,000. At least 12 of the 20 recorded transfers show characteristics of trust formations or intra-family conveyances. The limited number of disclosed arm's-length sales makes it difficult to draw broad conclusions about overall market conditions from this period's data alone.
