North Reading Home Sales Range From $260,000 To $1.63 Million In September
North Reading recorded 20 property sales between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Of those, 17 had a recorded price, ranging from $260,116 for a Central Street condominium to $1,630,000 for a house on Fairbanks Lane, with a median of $710,000. The month's top sale was 1 Fairbanks Lane at $1.63 million, followed by 20 Dogwood Lane at $1,575,000 and 37 Spruce Road at $1,525,000. Seven of the 20 transfers were condominium units, including five in the Martins Landing complex. Three sales, several appearing to be family or trust transfers, had price not yet available.
