North Reading home sales span $260,000 to $82.5 million in late-summer deed activity

North Reading recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with prices on file for 14 of them. Prices ranged from $260,116 to $82.5 million, with a median of $832,497. The period's standout transaction was the $82.5 million sale of 300 Riverpark Drive, listing Riverpark LLC as seller with no buyer named in the deed, an outlier far above the next-highest sale of $2.25 million. Martins Landing condos accounted for four of the month's transfers. Six deeds, several involving family or trust transfers, had no price recorded yet, consistent with normal registry reporting lag rather than nondisclosure.
