North Reading recorded 19 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Twelve deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $539,100 to $2,718,685, with a median of $842,497. The month's top sale was a new-construction home at 4 Cranberry Meadow Way, which sold for $2,718,685 on July 17. Seven of the 19 transfers, more than a third, moved property within families or into trusts without disclosing a price. Martins Landing condominiums accounted for four sales, including two new units sold by Pulte Homes of New England LLC. The raw count of transfers offers no basis for calling the period active or quiet without prior-month data for comparison.
