North Reading recorded 19 property deeds between July 10 and August 8, 15 of which disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $270,000 to $2,718,685, with a median of $879,995. The month's top sale was 4 Cranberry Meadow Way, a new-construction home sold by Jamieson Development LLC for $2,718,685. Park Street and the Martins Landing condominium development each saw two transactions. Four deeds, all without disclosed prices, were same-family transfers into or between trusts. Ten of the 15 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and four topped $1 million.
